Warranty Coverage

  • Our knives are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

  • We will evaluate each case and provide the most suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other arrangements.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Broken tips or blades resulting from prying, throwing, or other unintended use.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Any modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the knife.

  • Issues caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage.

  • Knives that have been disassembled or tampered with.

  • Warranty is non-transferable if the product is sold or gifted to another party.

How to File a Claim

  • Contact us at worldbackyard2021@gmail.com with your name, order details, and description of the issue.

  • Provide clear photos or videos to help us understand the problem.

  • Our team will confirm warranty eligibility and may provide troubleshooting guidance.

  • If necessary, you will receive instructions and a return authorization.

  • Ship the product to the address provided, securely packaged.

  • We will inspect the knife and determine whether repair, replacement, or another solution is applicable.

  • Once resolved, your knife will be returned or replaced, and you will be notified of the outcome.

Resolution Options

  • Return: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

    • Returns based on personal preference (non-defective) may incur a return shipping fee and a small restocking charge.

    • Currently, returns outside of China may not be supported.

  • Refund: Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds can only be issued for orders purchased directly from our official website.

  • Repair: Eligible products will be repaired within warranty terms.

  • Replacement: A replacement knife may be provided if:

    • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

    • The knife cannot be repaired effectively.

    • Essential replacement parts are unavailable.

Additional Notes

  • If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, warranty service is available, but returns/refunds must be handled directly with the seller.

  • We reserve the right to make the final decision on repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
